Her work is focused on building a new statewide data system to better document outcomes and inform data-based program improvements, policy and procedure improvement, and special projects related to COVID-19 relief.

Andi provided program development, management and grant writing and fundraising assistance. Specifically, Andi assisted in program design and implementation for their youth STEM project-based education curriculum and delivered classroom training and instruction. Managed the Illinois Code.org Regional Partnership, organizing and promoting professional development training for teachers all over the state and building relationships with school districts to promote computer science implementation. Andi also managed Lumity's Student Based Enterprise youth apprenticeship program teaching teens and young adults entrepreneurship technology, and career readiness skills.

Through their Live Mas Scholarship program as well as support to local Boys and Girls clubs and other youth-serving organizations, Taco Bell Foundation raises and gives millions every year to make dreams come true for youth and their communities.
Andi provided communications consulting services related to the foundation's national fundraising campaign raising over $2 Million in the summer and aiming to raise over $8 Million in the Back-To-School season.
