Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If a toolkit is not the right fit, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to the Small Business Tech Change Toolkit and the AI Rollout Toolkit. I would rather you get your money back than keep something that does not help.

How to request a refund

  1. Email andi@grabemeyer.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number and one sentence on what did not fit.
  3. I may reply with a quick fix, such as pointing you to the right template or adjusting something for your situation. That offer is optional. You can still choose the refund.
  4. If you want the refund, I will send the full amount back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Coaching and kickoff calls

Some tiers include a 60-minute call. Once that call has taken place, the call portion is not refundable.

  • Small Business Tech Change Toolkit, Complete + Coaching: after the call, a refund covers the toolkit only, which is the price of the Complete tier. The difference in price between Complete + Coaching and Complete is not refundable.
  • AI Rollout Toolkit, Professional + Kickoff: after the call, a refund covers the toolkit only, which is the price of the Professional tier. The difference in price between Professional + Kickoff and Professional is not refundable.

If you have not yet had the call, the full purchase price is refundable within the 14-day window.

Refunds end the license

When we refund an order, your license ends. Please delete all copies of the files, including any you shared inside your business under the license. See the License Terms.

Limits

  • One refund per business or organization.
  • Requests made after 14 days are not covered by this policy.
  • Please contact me before starting a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be fixed faster by email, and I will respond promptly.

Invoiced orders

If you paid by invoice, the same 14-day window applies, counted from the date your invoice payment was received.
